1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Trakzy website and software. By creating an account or installing the tracking snippet you agree to them.
2. The service
Trakzy attributes clicks, leads and revenue on your website to your YouTube content. Attribution depends on data your visitors and connected platforms provide, so figures are a best-effort reconstruction rather than a guarantee of completeness.
3. Plans and billing
Trakzy is sold as a subscription: Basic at $97, Growth at $229 and Agency at $497 per month, with discounted quarterly and annual pricing shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
Install the snippet only on websites you own or are authorised to track. You are responsible for giving your own visitors any privacy notices and obtaining any consent that the laws applying to you require. Do not use Trakzy to collect data unlawfully or to track sites without permission.
5. Your data and our software
The Trakzy software, dashboard and documentation remain our property. The tracking data collected for your projects is yours; how we handle it is described in our privacy policy.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.
